Dottie Russ is a wife, mother of 3 and grandmother of 5; she was born in West Palm Beach, Fl and has lived in Brevard County, Florida since 1959. Saved at the age of 8 the Lord has walked her through many times of blessings as well as trials, all the while maturing and drawing her into an intimate walk that He might share with her the deep secrets of the Spirit.

Dottie has led prayer groups and Bible Studies in her home, she was formerly the prayer chairman for Women’s Aglow, she has taught Sunday School, led a large single’s ministry, Chairman of women’s retreats for 3 years, and she is presently on the women’s council of Hope Community Fellowship in Titusville, Fl and on staff of the “Florida Christian Writers Conference” since 2000. Dottie is the author of a number of articles which have been published in Christian magazines as well as the workbook, “Journey of the Bride” which is a verse by verse study of the Song of Songs.

In 1999 the Lord began opening the secrets of the Song of Songs to Dottie which led her, over the next five to seven years, to teach and write the “Journey of the Bride” Workbook. Dottie enjoys teaching Bible study groups of women and speaking at retreats and ladies meetings. Her passion is to reveal to others just how gripped by eternal love the Lord God Almighty is with each one of us. Her heart’s desire is for all to recognize how our Bridegroom relentlessly pursues us, His children, until He is able to touch our hearts and ultimately draw us to love Him with the same passionate love he has for us.
